- Sweet spot just outside of town. Verrrry friendly to locals and tourists alike, with cold beer and homemade food.
- The Hideout Club House Restaurant offers a dining room and a pub. The Pub offers flat screen TVs to enjoy all your favorite sports events.
- Basic comfort food in the Best Western in Matamoras. It actually seems to be a decent place to grab a bite, which is odd for a country hotel’s restaurant, but, hey.

- Cute country restaurant with an emphasis on pizza. Casual dining in a friendly atmosphere. Just 3 minutes from downtown Stroudsburg.
- Lakeside gathering spot next to the swimming pool at Silver Birches Resort. Live music, menu of cheesesteaks, hot dogs, burgers, tacos.
- Large and usually busy sports bar with 22 HDTVs. Looks like an airport restaurant. BBQ, wings, pizza, draft beer.
- A stylish environment for casual and late-night dining and great cocktails. Ahi Sushi pizza, Trout dip, raw bar, artisanal cheese.
