- Just outside Jim Thorpe in Bear Creek Plaza. Pizza by the slice or pie, hoagies/subs, cheesesteaks, stromboli/calzone, burgers, and kids’ meals.
- Strip mall pizzeria known for giant slices. Beer to go. Subs, cheesesteaks, stromboli, calzone, pasta, and Italian entrees.
- Storefront strip-mall pizzeria. Pasta, hoagies, everything you expect from a pizza parlor. Bottled beer to drink with your pizza or to-go by the six-pack.
- Port Jervis loves this pizza joint. Calzone, pizza in tons of styles, pasta, and Italian dinner. Hot and cold heroes.
- Microbrewery, pub fare, and seasonal outdoor deck and bar area with bocce, Wiffle ball, and horseshoes. Burgers, wings, steaks, pasta, nachos. Very family-friendly.
- Casual bar-type food with tacos, wings, sandwiches, and a burger. Craft beers, wine list. Kid’s menu. Outdoor fire pits, nice view.
- If you’ve been to one Perkins, you’ve been to them all. As Perkins Restaurants go, this one is fine! Can get very crowded in season, especially on summer weekends.

- Largest selection of craft beer in the burg, special late night menu is served till midnight on Friday and Saturday.
- Smallish local bar and restaurant on the water is a friendly and music-filled joint on Saylors Lake. Fri/Sat night music. Burgers, steaks, seafood.
- Marshalls Creek pizzeria/Italian restaurant serving pizza, pasta, subs, salads, and appetizers. Gyros, too. Strip mall joint is spacious inside. Family-friendly, kids’ menu.
- The Tap Room is a tavern reminiscent of an English pub. Great for burgers, flatbreads, and paninis. 8 draft beers, good cocktail list, wine by the glass.

- Pizza 1 is in the center of Stroudsburg. They sell pizza, pasta, calzones, stromboli, entrees, desserts. Classic pizza parlor.

- Country inn serves classic American favorites and Italian entrees. Open to public, weekend buffets, weekend reservations suggested.
- Chain restaurant mid-level steakhouse. This one’s in Bartonsville. Walls are adorned with longhorns and mounted deer heads.
- People love John’s of Arthur Avenue. 100% New York-style restaurant is big, comfortable, friendly, with inside and outdoor dining.
- Small-town restaurant. Sandwiches, chili, soups, salads. Dinner menu adds steaks, prime rib, fried chicken, and seafood.
- Breakfast all day. Pancakes, french toast, omelets, eggs, home fries. Lunch menu includes sandwiches and salads.
