- Great little Dominican comidas joint serving monfogonos, tostones, bistec, and seafood. Indoor/outdoor seating.
- Their own ciiders and locally produced kombucha, and beer. Maple syrup and body care products, too. 10 miles from Ricketts Glen State Park.
- Basic comfort food in the Best Western in Matamoras. It actually seems to be a decent place to grab a bite, which is odd for a country hotel’s restaurant, but, hey.
- Honesdale pizzeria with pasta dishes, calzones, and sandwiches. Dinners include lasagna, shells, ravioli, Fettuccini Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, and calamari.
- Classic watering hole at Lakewood Lodge. Good food, great staff. Def a fave of outdoor activity enthusiasts.
- Main Street, downtown Stroudsburg. Philly steaks, burgers, hoagies, stromboli, and beer. Full bar. Take-out or eat in. Beer to go.
- Dive bar with bar food in Mount Pocono. Slow service, throwback to old-time Poconos joint. Not recommended.
- On scenic Route 97 on the Delaware River. Burgers, bar, deli, general store. The large outdoor bar is open spring thru fall. Great for rafters and campers.
- Traditional and contemporary Korean dishes, cocktails by Beverage Director Cam Shaw and ample vegan and vegetarian options.
- 46 homemade ice cream flavors on-site, from May to October, since 1983. ice cream, Italian ice, sorbet, soft-serve, and waffle cones.
- Full bar with tv screens to watch the games. Maybe order a slice or a sandwich to go with. That’s about it. Reviews are horrible.

- Lovely Latin American (mostly Mexican) restaurant in Narrowsburg. Full bar, outdoor dining. Desserts are flan, lemon guava cake, and a mango cheesecake.

- Ice cream shop open all year for ice cream, sundaes, and shakes. They get their ice cream fresh from the wonderful Manning Farm Dairy of Dalton.

- Country deli/restaurant in gorgeous old farmhouse. Homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries made every morning at 4 am. Daily specials.
- A host of delicious baked goods, breakfast, lunch, and brunch. They make doggie treats, too. Good coffee.
- Narrowsburg’s first craft brewery is open! They offer New York-made cider, wine, sour ales, seltzer, and canned craft cocktails. BBQ, too!
