The Water’s Edge at Memorytown offers fine dining and has a top-notch view of the lake on the resort’s sprawling grounds. Dine indoors or out.
Winter hours: Open from Wed through Sun from 5 – 9 p.m.
Water’s Edge at Memorytown has a marvelous view of the lake. Dine indoors lakeside, or cozy up by the fireplace in the winter months. Outdoor seating is available during the warmer months.
Popular dishes include a backcountry spinach and cranberry salad, skillet mac and cheese, Maple Leaf Farms duck breast with a housemade blueberry barbecue sauce, Prince Edward Isle mussels, North Atlantic salmon, and center cut Filet Mignon.
The Water’s Edge at Memorytown has live entertainment Saturday nights from 6pm-9pm. They do not have live music in the winter season.
