- Cozy, comfortable coffee shop on the banks of the historic Willowemoc Creek in Roscoe,. They offer hot and cold coffees, teas, and espresso drinks. Sandwiches, pastries.

- Terrific baked empanadas by two talented ladies. Find them on King Street on Saturdays from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Out-of-the-way brewery with pure, clean, local beer. All-natural ales, lagers, and dry-hopped ciders. Picnic tables out back, too!
