- Tiny breakfast restaurant in the middle of nowhere serves gorgeous homemade pies and gigantic beautiful pancakes. Get there early on a weekend. If you want one of their pies, call a few days in advance.

- Tacos, burritos, breakfast burritos, soup, and desserts. They serve New York regional beer, wine, and liquor, and is the home to Stickett Inn Cider.
- Re-opened. Next door to Hotel Fauchere. Oddly, they serve Starbucks coffee. Quiet and comfortable.

- Rainbow Mountain Resort has been serving the LGBTQ community and friends since 1981. This is their restaurant.
- Fresh, locally sourced, and chef-inspired New American food. Casual, relaxed, with waterfront dining, signature cocktails, live music. Very good.
- Dive bar with bar food in Mount Pocono. Slow service, throwback to old-time Poconos joint. Not recommended.
- Casual fine dining, Modern American. Steaks, lamb, pork chops. Kid-friendly. $$$$ No liquor license, but will set you up with mixers, so BYOB.
- Simple, sweet, and quaint, great Eggs Benedict, banana pancakes, and a kick-ass Patty Melt for lunch. Recommended!
- Great little Dominican comidas joint serving monfogonos, tostones, bistec, and seafood. Indoor/outdoor seating.
- Pizzeria located in a strip mall in Matamoras. Full bar, menu of pizza and assorted pasta dishes. Customer reviews are spotty at best.
- 35 flavors of hard and soft-serve ice cream. Lots of soups and sandwiches and fast-food classics. Most everything is homemade.
- Smallish local bar and restaurant on the water is a friendly and music-filled joint on Saylors Lake. Fri/Sat night music. Burgers, steaks, seafood.
