Jubilee Restaurant

Van Gilder’s Jubilee Restaurant in Pocono Pines has a web address of “breakfastking.com”, and indeed, they are known for their breakfast menu, served daily until 3 pm. But that’s not all Van Glider’s Jubilee serves. Lunch and dinner 7 days a week, with an array of salads, burgers, wraps, and clubs, most of which transition to the dinner menu.

The dinner menu is a collection of American restaurant classics, with meatloaf, pot roast, baby back ribs, steak frites, a selection of pasta, seafood dishes, and starters that include Big Bang Shrimp and fried calamari. The kid’s menu offers surefire entrees for the little set, including spaghetti and meatballs, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, and more. Each kid’s entree includes a side and a scoop of ice cream.

On to the breakfast menu – choose from one of five Eggs Benedict, or assemble your own Benedict Sampler with either two or three “half-Benedicts” including Classic or Crab Cakes Benedict. The main breakfast menu offers 11 combo platters including Country Biscuits and Gravy, pancakes, breakfast tostadas, steak and eggs, and of course, two eggs any style with a choice of sides. The Breakfast Combos include coffee, tea, milk, or hot chocolate and your choice of a fruit appetizer or soup. There is an omelet station as well as a group of waffle, french toast, and pancake platters to choose from.
