Pioneer Diner

Pioneer Diner is a Pocono Mountains gem: an old-school Greek diner, family-owned and operated for 45 years. They offer all-day breakfast, diner classics, and Greek specialties. Looks a bit shabby from the outside, but is perfectly fine on the inside! Really good diner food. Try the moussaka and the baklava!

“We are staying at Kalahari with our children and wanted an healthy, inexpensive breakfast. We are a family of 6 and breakfast cost us $46 and was delicious! The Pioneer Diner owner has been there since 1974 and is a veteran of the Korean War. He serves coffee and jokes with the kids. It is a 12 minute drive off the Kalahari property and well worth it! Lots of good breakfast options to choose from!”
