- Primo’s is a little takeout slice joint. You can also order a pie. Wings, salads, burgers, steak sandwiches, chicken and eggplant parm, hot and cold Italian subs, stromboli, and calzone.

- Local family-owned and operated ice cream parlor. Soft-serve yogurt, frozen yogurt, Italian ices, and slushies. Homemade waffle cones.
- 18-hole nautical theme featuring a lighthouse, water feature, tall reed grasses, and roped piers. Ice cream/snack bar.
- Americanized version of Mexican food includes all the basics. Large vegetarian and kid’s menus. Try the guacamole.
- Canoe, kayak, and raft rental outfitter also offers river trips from 16 – 27 miles in one and two day packages.
- Cute little shop serving homemade ice cream, sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods, and coffee on Stroudsburg’s main drag.

- Outstanding summer camp experiences since 1925 on a 156-acre campus. Private lake, sports, pools, mini-golf course, instruction.
- Pizza bread stuffed with hot dogs. Eat in/take out. Cheesesteaks, Italian sausage sandwiches, burgers, chicken parm, fries.
- Family-owned restaurant serves empanadas, wings, burgers, cheesesteaks, Cuban sandwiches, vegetarian options.
- Pretty normal supermarket, but they do claim to have over 700 varieties of beer. Bakery, deli, prepared foods, all the usuals.
- In downtown’s Courthouse Square, Sat 8:00 am ’til noon, May through Nov, rain or shine. Get your morning coffee and a bite to eat.
- Unassuming and simple Mexican joint with good food. Jarritos soda, horchatas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas.
- Terrific Jamaican-influenced diner serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Calaloo & Ackee, oxtail, fried chicken, and basic diner fare.
