- Two 18-hole mini-golf courses. Play one or both. Fairly well maintained, easy, and fun. At Club Wyndham Shawnee Village.
- Cute country restaurant with an emphasis on pizza. Casual dining in a friendly atmosphere. Just 3 minutes from downtown Stroudsburg.
- Google reviews are bad. Informal all-suite hotel off Interstate 80 is 5 miles from the Shawnee Mountain Ski Area.
- Unassuming and simple Mexican joint with good food. Jarritos soda, horchatas, tacos, burritos, quesadillas.
- Tour the winery to learn about how the wines are produced. Settle into the wine bar and sip on artisanal wines while indulging in a seasonal cheese plate.
- Pizza One is in the center of Stroudsburg. They sell pizza, pasta, calzones, stromboli, entrees, desserts. Classic pizza parlor.
