“Another unassuming spot tucked in the Pocono Mountains. Quench has fresh food with a diverse menu for the entire family. The Wednesday taco feature is a must. You will rarely find authentic tasting Mexican cuisine outside of a taqueria, but the tacos de Birria at quench were incredible! The braised beef is tender and juicy and perfectly paired the with Oaxaca and Mozzarella cheeses that hold this monster taco together, and let’s not forget the envelope of a crispy corn tortilla which was perfectly fried. The consume was thick, rich, and full flavored. The wraps and paninis were also fresh and flavorful. This spot is definitely a new favorite!”
