The King’s Villa

The King’s Villa hosts 12 guests in 5 bedrooms with 8 beds and 3 baths. It’s located in Penn Estates, a gated lake community in East Stroudsburg. It’s 90 minutes from NYC and Philly and 20 minutes from Mount Airy Casino, Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, and Camelback Mountain Resort.

Amenities at Penn Estates include a playground, swimming pools, lakes and beaches, a fitness center, and basketball and tennis courts.

“We loved our stay. The pictures do not do this home justice! It was so beautifully maintained, well-kept, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was huge, with a nice big island, which we loved to gather around. It was very well stocked and I was able to cook two dinners for 8 people very easily! The living room had a nice big couch with a wood-burning fireplace. The hosts even provided the firewood. The fireplace and pool table were a plus as well. Beds, linens, and towels were all clean and comfortable. Blair and Ivan were very responsive anytime I had a question which was greatly appreciated! Last, we visited in January and there was a little snow storm but we had no issues with the roads as the town did a great job plowing.”
