Deer Hollow Callicoon hosts up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 baths, and you can Bring Fido! It’s a bucolic retreat sitting on three lush acres nestled on a hill, just a five minute drive to the hamlet of Callicoon on the Delaware River. It’s only a two hour drive from New York City’s George Washington Bridge.

They provide sleds during the winter months. In summer, there’s a vegetable garden.

For the little ones, there’s a Pack ‘n Play Travel Crib, children’s dinnerware, and children’s books and toys.

Whether you’re there to antique, visit the original site of Woodstock, spend the day trout fishing, ride the river rapids, or hike along breathtaking trails, there is something for everyone in beautiful Sullivan County. All four bedrooms boast comfortable beds and plenty of closet space making Deer Hollow perfect for families, large groups or couples.

“This property is beautiful – it was a lovely place to spend time outside with friends. The house was homey, had a well-setup kitchen and the beds/linens were very comfortable. Amenities like the hot tub, outdoor seating and dining, grill, fire pit and washer/dryer helped make our long weekend and incredible one. Jeff was so responsive and friendly, certainly one of the best hosts I’ve had. I would love to come back here again since the location was also great. Less than 10 minutes to Callicoon (which is adorable) and about 25 to Liberty with Upwards Brewing and Catskill Brewing.”
