Tonjes Farm Dairy gives you the opportunity to enjoy fresh milk and cheese made on their family farm in Callicoon, NY. They bottle creamline milk, make Greek yogurt, halloumi, paneer, farmers cheese, butter, cream, and a variety o cheeses. Find them at local stores, Barryville and Callicoon Farmers Markets, and Union Square, NYC on Saturdays.

Their dairy is all natural, in that it’s antibiotic-free, grass-fed, hormone-free, and pasture-raised.

“Their buttermilk, Greek yogurt and occasionally a cheese like haloumi or feta are staples for in my kitchen. The quality is excellent and they are low-key, friendly folks. Tonjes is a gift to the Union Square greenmarket and all of us shoppers there.”
