Roger That Bakery

Roger That Bakery makes small-batch French macarons, pies, and organic naturally-leavened breads made with locally-sourced whole grains. It’s located at Callicoon Marketplace.

They mill their local whole grains in-house. Their Organic Rosemary Garlic is one of many unique sourdough breads using seasonal vegetables and herbs from Good Find Farm.
