Roger That Bakery

Roger That Bakery makes small-batch French macarons, pies, and organic naturally-leavened breads made with locally-sourced whole grains. They’re mostly a delivery business, but you can find them at Callicoon Pantry nearly every Friday and at Good Find Farm on Saturdays.

They mill their local whole grains in-house. Their Organic Rosemary Garlic is one of many unique sourdough breads using seasonal vegetables and herbs from Good Find Farm.
