Downtown Stroudsburg’s 1937 craft brewery is now a brewpub featuring ales, stouts, IPAs, hard seltzers, and a few other unique styles. They carry some Pennsylvania-made wines, hard ciders, and distilled spirits. Fun, casual, and friendly.
Good food includes quesadillas, tacos, grilled cheese, wings, and 4 kinds of mac and cheese. Have a jumbo soft pretzel with beer cheese and mustard sauce. There’s a grilled cheese with short ribs and a lobster taco.
