Keen Lake Camping & Cottage Resort

MSN called Keen Lake one of the 10 Coolest Parks for RV Camping. Trip Advisor designated it an Excellence Honoree and Country Living Magazine said it was “One of the 12 Must-See RV Friendly Parks in the Nation.” Located along a 90-acre spring-fed mountain lake, Keen Lake offers excellent fishing, boating, swimming (pool and lake), and an award-winning activities program. The Keen Sisters invite you to gather at the lake. Family-friendly and family-owned for 64 years.

Tent and pop-up camping sites are available as no hookup sites or sites with water and electricity. RV sites include water, electric, sewer, and cable television hook-up. There are cottages/cabins galore to choose from, too.

Boating is an important part of the Kenn Lake experience. At the Keen Lake Boat Shed, choose from rowboats, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, aqua cycles, or take a paddleboard out on the water. Rent one from the boatshed or bring your own watercraft. Pets can swim at the dedicated pet swimming area, just to the right of the people beach. There’s also an in-ground pool on the shore of the lake.

Fish for bass, bluegill, perch, and more. Fishing supplies and bait are available. Private island to rent. On-site ATM. Firewood is available. Keen Lake is located only 10 miles from the town of Honesdale, which offers shops, farmers markets, and wonderful restaurants. It is also a 10-minute car ride away from Prompton State Park where you can go boating and hiking – they’ve even got disc golf.
