The detached garage has been converted to a bonus game room/extra bedroom! Enjoy foosball, Pacman, and your favorite tv shows or movies in this great additional space. Murphy bed allows for supplementary sleep space. There are 2 TVs, one in the game room and one in the living room, equipped with Roku streaming sticks.

It’s just a short walk to the lake, with private beach access exclusively for the Lake Harmony Estates residents and their guests. The house has an open concept living room/kitchen and dining room area. Functioning wood burning fireplace in the living room allows for a relaxing ambiance. Queen sized sofa bed offered in the living room.

Enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of the property as you will find only wooded land backing the house. Catch a glimpse of the lights from Big Boulder ski resort right from the backyard. In addition to the area’s natural attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and NASCAR’s Pocono Raceway are nearby. Hickory Run State Park, with its 44 miles of hiking trails, is a short drive away.
