Hotel Fauchère is a historic European-style luxury hotel in the heart of Milford, Pennsylvania, just 90 minutes from New York City. You’ll find a classic period hotel with warm hospitality, fine dining or casual, and beautiful surroundings. Take a classy weekend escape!
The hotel opened in 1852 and was operated by the Fauchère family for 124 years until closing in 1976. In 2006, after a painstaking restoration, the hotel reopened to international acclaim, offering 16 guest rooms with marble baths, Frette linens and Molton Brown hair and body care amenities, three restaurants, including a casual cafe next door and an affiliated day spa.
The public spaces in the hotel feature a permanent exhibition of Hudson River School paintings. The hotel also offers a day spa and corporate meeting facility.
In-room amenities include a flat-screen TV with cable, telephone, iPod docking station, climate control, Frette linens, Kiehl’s bath amenities, radiant heated bathroom floors, warming towel racks, and hairdryers. Bathrooms are spacious and finished in Carrera marble and Pennsylvania Bluestone. Some have modern glassed-in showers, others offer old-fashioned clawfoot tubs with overhead showerheads.
Fauchère’s guests enjoy priority reservations in The Delmonico Room and in Bar Louis. Parking in the hotel’s private lot is included.
As of 2022, The Delmonico Room has been closed, except for brunch. We’ll keep you updated – as soon as we get some news.
