Tandoor Palace

Tandoor Palace specializes in classic North Indian/Pakistani fare. It’s the only AAA certified Train Coach Restaurant located in the Pocono Mountains. Bring the kids to enjoy dining in the retrofitted train car dining room attached to the main building.

Tandoor Palace dishes include Samosa, Pakora, Aloo Tikki, Channa Masala, kebabs, and curries. On the weekends, dining is buffet-only.

“Superb. We enjoyed vegatble kati roll, mixed grill, vegetable korma, garlic naan, and basmati rice. Also tried marsala chai tea. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, tasted fresh never frozen, grilled to perfection. The lamb as well which is something I don’t typically enjoy as much, but tasted very fresh. Excellent service, our waiters were very attentive during dinner rush hour. Bathroom was very clean, there are also several dining rooms that are currently being renovated. Definitely will return.”
