“Best Western Plus Poconos room had a ripped couch, broken outlets, sunken floor. We paid more for a room with a fireplace and jetted tub. The fireplace didn’t work but was advertised in the cost of the room. The room looked clean but very worn out. The bed was also below average in comfort. The bed sunk in the middle.”
