308 Burger Company in downtown Stroudsburg opened in January of 2022. It offers a variety of different burgers, including a venison burger and black bean burger. Sandwiches include fried chicken in hot honey and a fish sandwich.

Friday and Saturday there’s a late night menu until 3 a.m.

Co-owner Jelani ”Lani” Douglas, owner of Lani’s Grilled Cheese Shop in East Stroudsburg, was inspired to create a menu that has some kick.

You’ll find mac ‘n cheese bowls, salads and soups, and a bunch of signature hand-cut and house-made fries. They’ve also got home-made mozzarella sticks and onion rings. They sell a plain burger, 14 specialty burgers, a black bean burger, and a turkey burger.

At 308 Burger Company, besides the burger and fries, there’s a specialty: their milkshakes are crazy!

“I just had a seriously tasty burger at 308 Burger Company! It was called “Mounties” and it had chili on it, Fried onions, Sriracha aïoli and cheddar cheese! So good! Lots of flavor. Definitely Messy. lol.”
