This place is luxe. You have Frette linens, Bosch kitchen appliances, and heated bathroom floors. It’s furnished with iconic pieces of American and Danish mid-century furniture from designers such as Russel Wright, George Nelson, and FAIP.

The space is private and secluded with all the amenities you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay, including a Japanese-style woodburning hot tub overlooking the river.

Frolic in the river just steps from the back deck, or relax on a hammock under the towering pines. The sound of the rushing river is like a massage to your brain.

No TV, so enjoy hiking, cooking, and swimming at this wonderful little getaway. Tusten Mountain trail is a 5-minute drive. Enjoy a craft cocktail on the back deck. Its heaven.

“When we got out of the car we were instantly welcomed by the sound of the river…and as soon as we walked through the door of the house, we all agreed we HAD to come back again. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s PERFECT. The decor is a well-balanced mix of vintage and modern. Beautiful wood floors (and HEATED bathroom floors). Mood lighting. Scenic views of the river. The beds and linens were so comfortable, I got the best rest I’ve had in years. The cedar tub has a bit of a learning curve in getting it to the right temperature, but it was a great, unique experience. Jenny (the host) was very communicative and welcoming and left detailed instructions and lots of little goodies to make us feel at home. It was a beautiful, memorable experience. Highly recommend!”
