It’s well-appointed with excellent WiFi, radiant heat, an indoor fireplace, plenty of outdoor seating, and a fire pit. It’s the perfect place from which to enjoy all that Sullivan County has to offer.

Enter Ridge Haven via a winding gravel driveway that leads to a private escape. This wooded retreat is heavily forested and amongst the elements. It’s best to come with a 4-wheel drive in the winter months!

The home has a comfortable open layout where the fully stocked kitchen flows into the dining and living areas to allow for maximum relaxation and ease of use.

Sit at the breakfast bar, listen to music on the Sonos sound system, and recharge in this space. There are polished concrete floors, radiant heat, a large ceiling fan, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Next to the living room, walk through the sliding barn doors into the den. This room boasts a 55″ Smart TV, a large assortment of games, and a fold-down couch that sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids. Additionally, there is a sleeping loft with a twin bed accessible via ladder, best suited for one adult.

If you prefer to be outside, enjoy the large deck, use the grill (propane included), and dine under the lights at the outdoor table for six. There are two Adirondack chairs on the deck, perfectly situated for morning coffee. In the evening, walk up a few stone steps to the upper lawn where the fire pit and seating area await. Firewood is provided. Pour yourself a hot toddy and take in the incredible stargazing on clear nights.

15 mins from hiking, swimming and tubing on the Delaware River, Bethel Woods, Callicoon, and Narrowsburg. Narrowsburg is home to a lovely selection of shops, acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, and antique stores.
