It’s a private lake house surrounded by incredible water views, and 1000’s of acres near the hip hamlet of Narrowsburg. Perfect for a family who would like to get away from the city for a bit but stay connected.

The main house has 3 bedrooms (2 with king beds, 1 with twin beds) and there’s an option to add a studio (king bed, own bath, kitchenette) hidden over the garage. The house is modern, clean and magical!

You’ll have a private lake, dock, boats, a babbling brook, and bald eagles.

“We had a fantastic five-day Catskills escape at Angie & Richard’s place. They were so accommodating, from allowing us to check in early to extending our stay to the apartment above their garage. The main house is gorgeous, from the layout with large spaces and huge windows, to the gorgeous furniture (where did you get those oversized, leather chairs??? I need one in my life) to the fully-equipped, modern kitchen to the large and spacious screened-in porch. Every touch is perfect. And then you have the lake. Oh, the lake! I kayaked, I swam, we row-boated, we lazed on the dock, drinking cocktails at sunset. It was magic and just what our souls needed. Overall, our stay was magic!”
