Mana’s Treetop Lakehouse

Mana’s Treetop Lakehouse hosts 10 guests in 4 bedrooms with 10 beds and 3 baths in the private Penn Estates community, and you can Bring Fido! Note: it’s ADA accessible all around the house, including the elevator.

It’s a waterfront A-Line only 50 feet from the lake. Three large decks allow you to enjoy the view and make the most of outdoor living surrounded by nature.

You’ll find a hot tub, sauna, gourmet kitchen, 12-person custom dining table, coffee bar, fireplace, game room with billiards/foosball/arcade, 3 outdoor decks, a Big Green Egg grill, a fire pit, a fire table, hammock chairs, multiple types of boats, fishing poles, work desk, high speed WiFi, 5 Smart TV’s and an, EV charger. Beds are super-comfy, and everything is luxurious.

Guests enjoy the seasonal community amenities (10 guest passes included with stay) including 2 summertime outdoor community pools, the lakeside beach, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, a playground, and a dog park.

There’s a fire pit with logs and Adirondack chairs. All equipment and firewood is provided to start a fire and roast food over open flame. They provide 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat, 1 row boat, a 2 paddle SUP board, and 4 fishing poles. The shed is used to store life vests for all ages, oars, fishing equipment, and basketball/soccer balls.

“My family fit right into this beautiful home on the lake. There is plenty of space to spread your wings and relax in this private gated community. It’s obvious someone put a lot of love into this house. I spent a good part of my time fishing on the lake, even caught a few bass.
