It’s a beautiful open space with tons of natural light. The gas fireplace will keep you warm at night, and there’s a a brand new hot tub for relaxing. Temperature is controlled with a mini=split air conditioning system and electric baseboard heaters. The therapeutic salt water hot tub is operational all year.

There’s a large outdoor deck with a fire pit. The backyard has a wood burning fire pit and a view to the wilderness of a state park. The area is full of nature, outdoor adventures, and restaurants to enjoy all year. Walk to the waterfront in 8 minutes.

From May thru September they’ll rent you a golf cart!

Access to 125-acre Lake Harmony is only available through the Estates. You’ll find a boat dock and marina. There are tennis courts, beaches, and designated swimming areas.

“This is our second time staying at the Black Chalet. It’s a terrific spot for a family vacation, with easy access to the nearby private beach at Lake Harmony. The house and grounds were clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for grilling/cooking. Brian was a great host and always very responsive when we reached out with questions.”
