Tink Wig Mountain Lake Estates

Tink Wig Mountain Lake Estates is a private community located in Hawley. It’s about 10 minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack. Tink Wig is a four-season community where you can enjoy the best nature has to offer in peaceful surroundings.

Tink Wig Lake is 110 acres with a max depth of 10-12 feet. Electric motors only. Fishing can be quite good depending on the skill of the person fishing. Fish consist mainly of largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, crappie, bluegills, sunfish, and catfish. Catch and release is encouraged except for bluegills and sunfish.

Boating is also popular and encouraged. No gas-powered motors are allowed; only electric motors, paddles, and oars. A launching ramp is available as are racks for small boats, kayaks, and canoes.

In summer, there’s fishing and kayaking on the lake, swimming in the community pool, or enjoying countless outdoor activities in the Lake Region. In fall, take in the crisp air and watch leaves change. In winter, ski just minutes away, go ice fishing on the lake, or simply sip hot cocoa by the fire and take in the frozen landscape. In the spring, watch as local wildlife emerges from their slumber (along with their babies!) and everything becomes green again.

The nearby downtown areas of Hawley and Honesdale offer many restaurants, breweries, and shops to enjoy year-round.
