S’more Trailside Dining

S’more Trailside Dining is Barley Creek Brewing Co’s private outdoor dining experience. It’s family-friendly, and you can bring your pup. S’more sites feature your own trailside private dining space tucked back in the trees behind their Pint Size Park.

Each site is complete with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, fire pits, and plenty of space to kick back, relax and enjoy their trailside feasts.

S’more dining menus come in three family-style menu packages. Smoked includes pulled pork, beef brisket, baked beans, mac ‘n cheese, potato salad, and cornbread. All-American is made up of hot dogs, cheeseburgers, BBQ chicken, mac ‘n cheese, potato salad, and fruit salad. The Seafood Boil has crab legs, clams, mussels, shrimp, kielbasa, potatoes, and corn on the cob. There is an add-on menu, too. All packages come with a S’mores platter for dessert.

You can add more sides or make some changes in advance.

Being a brewing company, Barley Creek has no shortage of drinks. At each site, you’ll find an assortment of soft drinks, water, canned cocktails, and Barley Creek’s famous craft beers. You can preorder your beverages of choice to guarantee they will be there upon arrival. You can purchase beer, wine, and cocktails at the Tiki Bar. You can also purchase wine by the bottle or cocktails by the carafe.

You’re free to use the Pint Size Park amenities. You can bring Fido, just be sure to keep him on a leash.
