Palumbo’s Pizza II is a pizzeria selling, well, pizza, along with pasta, wings, cheesesteaks, and sub sandwiches.
Looks for mozzarella sticks and meatballs. They also sell cannoli, gelato, and Italian ices. AND they’ve got beer, and beer to go! Definitely an Editor’s Choice!
“As a born & bred New Yorker, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheese pie, chicken drums, & zeppoles. Soo hard to get a good slice in the woods. Slice has a nice chew & uyou can finish the crust. Zeppoles were warm, light yet dense, not greasy. Delish. Paulmbo’s II is the closest thing to Amore’s (in Flushing). Also saves me a 2hr drive to Queens. Thanx guys.”
