Sage Lake House with Private Beach

The Sage Lake House hosts 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 baths in a two-story waterfront house with it’s own private beach, located in Emerald Lakes where you can Bring Fido!

This beautifully appointed home combines laid-back lake living with high style. Families or small groups of up to eight will enjoy the outdoor docks and decks nestled alongside your own private beach. The interior is well-appointed and newly updated with all the comforts of home such as Roku TVs and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the master bedroom balcony overlooking the lake, then venture out to the myriad of nearby Pocono Mountain attractions.

The spacious and elegant master bedroom is located on the second floor and is complete with a lounge area for reading or watching TV, a King-size bed, a large closet, and a private balcony overlooking Emerald Lake.

The kitchen features all-new state-of-the-art appliances, vast countertop space, and a sun-drenched breakfast nook.

A natural stone and wood staircase leads you to the reason you came…the lake. To the left, you will find two cantilevered decks featuring a large, shady outdoor dining space perfect for lakeside lunches and a cozy deck with Adirondack chairs, the ultimate sunset-watching spot!

2 kayaks come with the house. Kayaks are available from April 1st to October 31st.

Emerald Lakes has swimming pools, parks, lakes, fishing, tennis courts, and basketball courts. If you would like to use the amenities you must pre-register for them one week prior to check-in, and email for assistance with registration. Additional fees apply for community amenities.

Up to 2 non-shedding house-trained dogs are allowed. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100.
