On the Rocks

On the Rocks is a 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom stunner located on the edge of a field of boulders that are remnants of a glacier that ran through this region centuries ago. On The Rocks offers space for up to 20 guests. There are two master suites, so multiple families traveling together can co-exist peacefully in their own space. There are two refrigerators, so there shouldn’t be an issue with running out of food or drink.

The living area is located just steps away from the dining room and kitchen. It offers plush and comfortable furnishings, a stone fireplace, and a Smart TV hanging over the mantel. The game room is everyone’s dream come true, containing a regulation-sized pool table, a foosball table, a 4-player Dreamcade Vision 40-inch video game set, a dry bar with a mini-fridge, and two Smart TVs, 65 inches and 55 inches.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the rest of the house. A large dining room table dominates the dining space and seats 10 comfortably. The kitchen bar offers overflow seating for four more guests. Outside on two levels of decks, you will find a full-size picnic table and multiple Adirondack chairs with smaller tables, perfect for enjoying a sandwich and a drink while you enjoy the beautiful Poconos weather.

There really is no need to ever leave this space, except to explore the hot tub under the deck, the outdoor fireplace, and the barbecue grill. When all this fun and excitement gets to be a bit too much, any of the 7 bedrooms have their own Smart televisions.

We have always stayed in hotels on work trips, but with the pandemic, we wanted to limit our exposure and avoid restaurants and other public places. This house was the perfect solution.
