Situated on a private two-acre parcel, it hosts up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 bath and has a focus on Scandinavian comfort with 70s mod influence. It’s just 7 minutes to the uber cool hamlet of Livingston Manor The house has been renovated with the most perfect finishes: hardwood floors, Bertazzoni appliances, and bespoke lighting and cement tiles.

One bedroom is located upstairs in the loft and is a beautiful space that allows the morning sunlight to shine right in. The second bedroom is located in the back of the home which provides the perfect separation.

The outside area includes a beautiful deck great for yoga or relaxing at dusk and a separate fire pit area to sit on Adirondack chairs and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The house is just 7 minutes from Livingston Manor, making it easy to visit some of the best Catskills’ restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Stock up on essentials at Upstream Wine & Spirits, Little North Market, Van Smokey, and Main Street Farm. While in town, grab a drink at natural wine bar Sunshine Colony, the two breweries Catskill Brewery and Upward Brewing, or breakfast spot and bar Walk-In/Stumble Out.

Owners have the driveway and roads plowed after a snowfall. However, in winter, they suggest a 4-wheel-drive vehicle as it is in the mountains and has heavy and quick snowfall.
