Off of the master bedroom, there is a small deck that leads onto a beautifully built bluestone patio and a fire pit. Sit around the fire with your partner or friends and enjoy the peacefulness of the property. There is a propane grill on the deck. There is also a brand new soaking tub with mountain views to help you relax.

4-wheel drive is best during the rain and snow seasons to make it up the driveway. Please note this house is perched on top of a hill/mountain.

“We had a wonderful stay at Debra’s! My husband and I took his parents there for a long weekend. Super cozy home for two couples, easy to get to and perfectly located near cool/cute towns (we went into Callicoon and Livingston Manor) and fishing. Debra provided restaurant recommendations which we really enjoyed (Peppinos, Kitchen Table, Hennings Local). The house is beautifully decorated, had everything we needed.”
