Cherry Ridge Campsites & Lodging

Cherry Ridge Campsites & Lodging is family owned and operated and bills itself as a “non-commercial camping experience” and they suggest you “dance and row your troubles away.” Tent and RV sites with full hook-up, housekeeping cottages, lodging rooms w/private bath.

The “Country Kitchen” is open for homemade meals on the weekends. There are two large dance halls, laundry facilities, a game room, boat rentals, and a camp store. Great for family reunions and retreats.

Full hook-up 30 or 50 amp RV sites, wooden or open tent sites, cabins, or rooms with private bath. Fish or swim in the 21-acre natural spring-fed lake. The campground also has a camp store, a coin-operated laundry room, bathrooms with flush toilets and free hot showers, rowboats, a game room, and a playground.

Cherry Ridge is the host to square dancing, round dancing, and Western Line dance Weekends in one and/or both of their dance halls. To participate in the dance weekends, you must have knowledge of the level of dance. Campers are welcome to watch.

“Love this campground! Clean bathrooms and showers. Great to walk around, grounds are well manicured. People are friendly. You can swim in the lake and fish. They have a quaint little store where they serve breakfast (at least on the weekends not sure about weekdays). The owners are funtastic! They’ll deliver firewood to your campsites and come around on their golf carts just to see if everyone is doing okay. This is not an overpopulated campsite but it’s not a tiny campsite. They have tents, travel trailers, and large motor home sites!”
