You’ll have the river’s edge, a shared grassy five-acre yard space, a turf baseball field, and a private courtyard all to yourself. The owners have free-range chickens and companion cats on the property. They will come and say hello!

Hiking, biking, skiing, and swimming opportunities are nearby. Multiple restaurants, a movie cinema, and shopping are within walking distance. Historic Milford, and Port Jervis, New York are only a 10-minute drive. Eagles are sighted daily right from your living room. Convenience and the great outdoors are both at your doorstep!
