Little House on the Berry

Little House on the Berry hosts 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Walk to the peaceful lake from this newly renovated secluded home. It’s nestled in the heart of Locust Lake Village, an amenity-rich community that offers the ultimate blend of relaxation and adventure.

There’s a Pack ‘n play Travel crib and a high chair for the little ones. For the bigger kids, the upstairs loft is jam-packed with entertainment. Along with a 70″ TV, there’s a full-sized arcade console with a ton of video games, an array of board games for the family, and two twin pullout chairs that can be used for extra sleeping surfaces.

One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor space. Surrounded by lush greenery and towering trees, the backyard provides a serene setting for relaxation. Sip your morning coffee on the deck as you listen to birdsong or gather around the fire pit in the evening for marshmallow roasting and stargazing. Firewood is provided.

It’s a 5 minute walk to East Lake. The home comes with 6 amenity badges for guests. You may be able to purchase more if needed at the community center.

Multiple ski areas, including Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski areas, are just 15 minutes away.

It’s only minutes to Camelback’s Aquatopia Water Park and Kalahari Water Park.
