Main Street is within walking distance and stores include The Hurleyville General Store which sells snacks, lunches, coffees, gifts, and more. La Salumina is a small Italo-Tuscan-style salumeria selling meats, cheeses, antipasti, and a large supply of specialty Italian products. Hurleyville also has a theatre, gallery, and yoga studio.

While you’re in town, get outside for a spin down the scenic Hurleyville Rail Trail with provided bikes — or rent one in town. The home is also equidistant to the Bashakill Wildlife Preserve for hiking or canoeing, and the Neversink Unique Area for multiple waterfall hikes, or trout fishing on the Neversink River.

Hiking/biking trails abound with the O&W Rail Trail just minutes away. It’s a flat trail that’s great for biking.

“What a find! Orly’s house was the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The house is in a nice quiet area, is very spacious (bedrooms were huge) and there were two different spots to gather with friends/family and enjoy the locally curated charcuterie board and wine Orly had left waiting for us – great touch. The living room has so much natural light from all the windows, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Orly was quick to answer any questions we had and was spot-on with her local recommendations. Already looking forward to staying again.”
