This chalet with golf views is a modern 2,600 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3 bath home on a 5-star golf course at Lake Wallenpaupack that easily accommodates up to 14 guests. This home overlooks the 15th fairway of the Paupack Hills Golf and Country Club and is 1.5 miles to the beach area at Lake Wallenpaupack, the largest motorboat lake in the Pocono Mountains.

There is also a small private lake in the community where you can swim, fish, or go canoeing and kayaking.

The house overlooks the golf course and has ample living space, large double decks with a BBQ grill, fire pit, wood fireplace, large dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and new stainless steel appliances, TV, DVD Player, cable service, and WiFi.

The upper level has a master suite with a private balcony overlooking the golf course, a jetted whirlpool tub (with a golf course view) in the master bathroom, and a loft with another view of the golf course.

The lower level floor has a game room with a pool table and smart TV, and 2 other bedrooms that walk out onto the lower level deck.

You’ll enjoy all the community amenities including the Lake Wallenpaupack private beach, the Tanglwood Marina with boat slips and boat ramp access, a playground/ball field, a basketball court (converted to an ice skating rink in the winter), nature hiking trails, a trout stream for fishing, Lake Tanglwood (for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing), the community center (available for reservation), a fitness room, tennis courts, and golf. The beautiful beach on Lake Wallenpaupack is one of only 2 permitted beaches on the big lake. This area includes a beautiful covered gazebo with seating and cooking facilities, a bathhouse with restrooms, an open deck picnic platform, and additional picnic tables and charcoal grills on the grounds. There is also a volleyball court.

“The perfect house for a large group celebrating a long weekend! The house was beautiful, spotless, and full of amenities. Several of us worked remotely during the week and the wifi could support us with no issues, and the layout of the home allowed for us to separate one another for calls.

The fire pit and porch provided a lovely addition to the space inside, allowing for several different activities at once. We spent several hours around the pool table as well! George was very accommodating and kind and made it extremely easy to check in and out. The interior of the house is exactly as pictured. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Overall, a fantastic experience filled with great memories.”
