Relax on the spacious deck, grill for friends & family, or roast marshmallows by the fire pit. Take a 5 minute drive for world-class fly fishing and swimming holes.

Exploring historic and vibrant Roscoe is a must. Tucked away swimming holes, excellent eateries, vintage/antique shops, a brewery, a distillery, taverns, farm stands, yard sales, and a weekly farmers market with locally sourced produce and artisanal goods. Main Street is a 10 minute drive from the house, along with the Roscoe Mountain Golf Club.

For fishing enthusiasts, bring your waders! The Beaverkill river as well as other local fishing spots are less than a 5 min drive in either direction.

T”he A frame was beautiful, spacious, modern, well-maintained, and cozy. There were so many little helpful amenities, comfy nooks, and fun decorations that made the place feel like a home away from home. The directions to find and enter the house were thorough and easy to follow.

We loved the fact that there were such fun little amenities. Records, a small bar, a wood-burning fireplace, assorted games and magazines. We hardly wanted to leave! The closest town was cute, and had a great assortment of shops, restaurants, and attractions. We were up there at the peak of the leaves changing; the scenery was absolutely gorgeous.

This felt like a real gem; spacious enough to comfortably fit even more people, but definitely a deal, even with our small group. I would definitely recommend this special house to anyone visiting the area, or just looking for a getaway house!”
