Black Bear Cottages hosts 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with 6 beds and 2 baths located on a quiet dead end country road in Livingston Manor. It’s a 4 acre property next to a old rail trail, close to the village as well to as swimming, hiking, and amazing fly fishing. Bring Fido!

Host overnight guests in the adjacent and sunny tiny house, which has its own sleeping loft, kitchen, and bathroom.

There’s a fast and unlimited internet connection via Wi-Fi throughout the house, a 65” Smart TV with AppleTV, and great cellular reception on all carriers.

The fully stocked kitchen has brand new appliances. There’s a brand new heating and cooling system as well as new plumbing and electric.

Black Bear Cottage was originally built in 1902, and underwent a complete gut renovation and restoration in 2020. Sit by the fire pit or throw down some grub on the BBQ, and relax.

“The Black Bear Cabin was perfect for our girl’s weekend stay complete with kiddo. The hot tub was perfect, tv with all the apps and channels one could want, games to play, and kitchen essentials for cooking! There were even extra beach towels for us to use with the hot tub. There was fresh coffee and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The beds and bedding were also very comfortable! Kyung was responsive to any and all inquiries which was much appreciated! We would recommend :)”
