Milford Health House says “The Health House is more than a spa or gym. It is your home of self care. We’ve found the tools that work and would love to share them with you.”
Services include yoga, masssage & bodywork, pilsyrd, reflexology, breathword, a cold plung, the Oxy Gym, a red light super sauna, a bio charger, pilates, a neuro light, and a cold plunge.
SuperEarthing includes Super Oxygym & Red Light SuperSauna. All three of these technologies are available simultaneously in our Super OxyGym™️ room as the quickest way to do it all, yet you also have the option of enhancing the experience by preluding it with greater circulation from SuperEarthing™️ and/or conclude with a relaxing red light detox in your own fortress of solitude with the SuperSauna™️. Do one, or do them all – whatever you have time for.
They’re just between the Hotel Fauchere & Milford Theater.
“I came to Milford for a birthday weekend because I love the town and when I saw what the Health House had to offer I knew I had to make it part of my stop. I LOVED everything I did and everyone I met. My partner and I did the sauna and ice bath combo which was awesome. It’s private and the rooms are so nice. The quality of the machines they are using is exceptional. You can really tell they value the community and their customers and want to give them the best experience. I also tried the grounding and bio charger. Donnalynn explained how everything works and was so helpful. She answered all my questions and was also just a pleasure to talk to. I experienced hypnosis with Maria and it was amazing, she deserves her whole own review. My partner talked to Liam, the owner, for a while and learned so much. Milford is such a special place and they are lucky to have businesses like the Health House and BetterWorld. I don’t live very close but I plan to come back at least once a season to continue to experience this special town and everything it has to offer.”
