Sagamore A-Frame, a sweet, vibe-filled cabin on 1/3 acre in Sagamore Estates. Near one of the most beautiful lakes in the region, it’s just a 5 minute walk away with deeded lake rights.

t’s a modestly sized home with bigger ideas in mind. The living room living are feel spacious and intimate too. With the wood stove ablaze this area is super cozy. The main bedroom upstairs is surprisingly large with plenty of rooms for a king bed along with a loft with a bed.

The updated kitchen is highly functional, with stainless appliances and a large island. There is another room in the back that can be used as an extra bedroom, office or den.

Outside, the south-facing deck provides the perfect spot for soaking up the sun, while a saltwater hot tub beckons for relaxation year-round. With a fenced backyard, Fido can frolic freely.

The fenced back yard is on the south side, so it gets tons of sun. The large deck is a great hangout. The salt water hot tub was added in ’23 for relaxing soaks in any season.

Community amenities include a sandy beach with a pavilion for summertime enjoyment, tennis courts for a set or two, or shag some balls in the field.

It’s been lovingly maintained and the updates are 100%. There is central heat and A/C, and high-speed internet.

It’s only 1.5 hours to the GWB so it’s easy to pop up for the weekend. Hop on the train to Port Jervis, only 20 minutes away. Milford is a great town, with restaurants, a brewery, and hiking trails.
