Highland Cottage

Highland Cottage is a charming 1938 cottage that retains details of the fine craftsmanship indicative of the period. Original wood trim and doors tell of time when wood materials were just superior to today’s. The user-friendly layout is still perfectly compatible with contemporary lifestyles.

The spacious kitchen was renovated in 2021. On the other side of the kitchen is one of the two living rooms or dens. The wood stove will fill the room with warmth, even in the coldest of winters. The laid-up stone hearth acts as a radiant heat source. There is a washer and dryer and, just beyond, an exterior door to screen-in porch for outdoor dining in the warmer months.
