Set back on a quiet road, the house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. It’s 1,920 square feet on 6 1/2 acres of land.

The light-filled home has an abundance of windows, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights, and a large dining table for entertaining, with sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive outdoor deck. The large farmhouse-style kitchen is stocked with everything a modern chef could need, plus a brand new Weber grill on the outdoor patio.

The house has Nest thermostats, plus a wood-burning stove in the living room, to keep you warm during the colder months, and ceiling fans in the upper bedrooms to keep you cool in the summer.
