Pork Authority BBQ sells Southern/Texas-style BBQ. Sit inside, outside on a picnic table, or at their outdoor bar. They’re open each year from Memorial Day Weekend through October. Keep ’em leashed and you can Bring Fido!

Smoked ribs, brisket, chicken, hamburgers, and pulled pork, served by the pound, combo, or as a sandwich. Sides include mac & cheese, corn pudding, and mashed sweet potato.

“This place is one of the best BBQ places I have been to in a long time. My 10 yr old cleaned a half a rack of ribs! Brisket like butter. If you’re in the area please try you won’t be disappointed. We will be back.”
