Liberty Diner in Liberty’s been going strong for 33 years, and people love this place. They serve typical diner fare using family recipes made with the the freshest ingredients, the finest baked goods, and friendly, family-like service. Great food and they’re open late for service.

“For those that follow me and know that I travel professionally I LOVE this diner! What an exceptional menu. It may be too much but the variety is awesome. I had the pasta carbanara with bacon and onion and OMG this is the best I have ever had! If I was Italian I would kiss the chef? You get the point. Old school diner and great owner who stepped in to help out when staff was short. Excellent job Excellent food!”
