“We went to Ichiban Hibachi E Stroudsburg because there are charging stations across the street for our electric car. It was a little crowded, but they got us seated very quickly. There are a lot of options, but I’m sure anything would taste good. They have a mix of hibachi styled meals and fish. The food was fabulous, and I would definitely recommend to come here.”

“At some point during the shutdown, we began ordering pick-up from Ichiban in East Stroudsburg. Our regular Chinese restaurant had remained closed, so we decided to try Ichiban. Being originally from the NY Metropolitan area, I was extremely picky about Chinese and Italian food. We were hesitant, but in need of a Chinese food fix. Gratefully, we weren’t disappointed, and in fact, were surprised by the quality. We have been ordering from them for about a year, almost on a weekly basis. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is always polite and they are willing to make special requests. We are very happy to have found them and highly recommend them.”
