Bialecki Farms

Bialecki Farms is a farm in Wayne County that uses conventional and hydroponic growing techniques. With over 20 years of farming experience, they proudly grow fresh, local vegetables for friends and neighbors in the community.

Look out for them at The Hawley Farmers Market on Fridays, Honesdale’s Main Street Farmers Market on Saturdays, and both The Callicoon Farmers Market and the Barryville Farmers Market” on Sundays.

Orders can be picked up at the farm or at any of their current farmers markets. select your desired pickup location at checkout. Pre-order is never required, they will always have vegetables available to buy at the market.

At-farm pickup will continue year round every Friday morning from 8 – 10 am.
