Simply Serene hosts 10 guests in a luxurious 3 bedroom with 5 beds and 2.5 baths on 3 acres that back up to 200 acres of private forest. Yep, it’s an Airbnb ‘Guest Favorite’ brought to you by Superhosts Donna and Paul.

It’s got an open concept kitchen with the living room and dining area, a game room with a bar, sport equipment, a deck with patio furniture and a gas grill, sauna, hot tub, stock tank pool, 7 hole mini golf, 6 hole golf, golf pong, fire pit, swing set, carousel & climbing dome, basketball, & more.

An unusual amenity is the Wild West “town” in the yard. There’s a bank, a saloon, Marshal buildings, a jail, a gold prospector log house, and a couple of little decorative items. Yahoo!

There are six TVs on the premises (one in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the game room) with free WIFI internet and free Netflix.

“We rented this house for my friends bachelorette weekend. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable. They thought of literally everything we could have needed! The activity room was our favorite. We could have stayed at the house all weekend and not even gone out, there was so much to do. The house was immaculate! Beds were so comfortable! The living room couch was SO cozy! We enjoyed the yard, especially the mini golf! We enjoyed our stay and all the ladies said how they can’t wait to go back with their families! Donna was so responsive from day one of planning, answered all my crazy questions within minutes! We even had a question during our stay and she came right over to help. It was so nice to meet her. Genuinely such nice people. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!”
