This Woodland Sanctuary has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with beautiful light and enough sleeping arrangements for up to six adults, with a large living room, dining area, and kitchen, all in one open-concept floor plan.

It is surrounded by nature all around with an extra large deck that’s surrounded by the one-of-the-kind Preserve Bog areas in the Pocono Mountains. The deck has everything you need for grilling and relaxing.

Curl on the sofa and soak up the abundant natural light in the double-height living space at a secluded haven in the trees. Gather around the fire pit on the spacious deck surrounded by pure nature and birdsong.

The family room area has a 65″ Smart LED Flat screen TV with a surround-sound system. An AppleTV with HBO Now, Netflix, Live TV, and Amazon Prime with subscriptions included. The state-of-the-art game room consists of a pool table, a Foosball table, a ping-pong table, a yoga area, and a static bicycle/treadmill that complete parts of the gym section.

Penn Estates has a playground, swimming pools, lakes and beaches, a fitness center, and basketball and tennis courts, all a short walk from the house.
